SHIPPING INFORMATION

3-6 days from your order date is my usual turnaround! I run the entire shop on my own and currently do fulfillment once a week. Due to my vending at faires and delays with traveling back to the studio, unpacking stock, and fulfilling the orders, shipping times may be longer during busy seasons. Thank you for your support and patience!

Please allow 2-3 weeks for US orders
Please allow 4-8 weeks for international orders

I have been seeing international packages take up to 2-3 months with the current state of the post. Most of my international orders (basically anything larger than stickers or a small print will come with tracking information in your fulfilled email) so you can check where it’s traveled there. Please contact me via email (zundaillustrations@gmail.com) or via the form below with your order # or full name if it doesn’t arrive to you in those time frames!

Please let me know via email or the form below! Please Include your name with order or you order #. I will respond and we can get it sorted from there. Damaged items can usually be replaced, if your order is missing it might come back to me through the return address! We can figure it out from there. 

If you are missing something/received the wrong item please email me and I will replace your originally intended item! I typically never ask for things to be shipped back to me so please keep the mix up as a little gift for my mistake. And I am also a guilty goblin. So if I  take a little too long processing your order, I usually toss in some extra goodies to make up for the delay. So enjoy! 

Emails only please! Direct messages on all these apps get lost, emails are eaiser to keep track of. I have dedicated times where I check those mesages.

I am a fully digital illustrator. I used a 13inch Ipad with the apple pencil. For programs I only use Procreate with default brushes. If you are interested in my direct process you can join my patreon here.

I do a large shop update and sale twice a year and they last a few weeks each in the spring and fall! The April sale is to celebrate my Birthday and then around Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Small Business Saturday for a deal before the holidays. Shop sales will be announced on social media and through the email updates.
