PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS, IF I SHIP YOUR ORDER AND THE ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT I WILL BE SAD. That being said, if the package doesn't come in 2 weeks and your address is correct, please contact me!

Colors may appear slightly different in person. All Items are handmade and will have varying birthmarks or minor blemishes compared to the photos. If you are unhappy with your item please message me and I will work hard to fix the issue asap!

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All sales are final! I will only send a replacement print if the prints are damaged during shipping. Please take a photo of your damaged print and package and e-mail it to zundaillustrations@gmail.com . If you would prefer a refund, send me an email! you will need to mail the item back. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning an item.

LOST PACKAGES

I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages once they have passed into the postal services. For International customers, if you want to be sure about the location of your order, please contact me before purchasing so I could arrange the tracking. Extra fees may apply.
